We ensure that the food to be served at your event is transported to the site under strict temperature controlled conditions, in accordance with The Food Hygiene Regulations 2006 and The Food Safety Act 1990.

All Health and Safety regulations and legislation for Outside Events will be adhered to with precision. We continually review the latest recommendations and legislation to ensure we are at the forefront of government legislation and best advice using our own external health & safety consultant.

 

Additional ‘Health and Safety’ measures may be required for marquees and ‘alternative venue’ events, including fire extinguishers, emergency lighting & risk assessments. We can advise on local authority stipulations and provide the necessary precautions in accordance with their requirements. Note that there may be a charge for meeting additional local authority requirements.

A full copy of the company’s Health and Safety Policy and details of our Public, Product & Employer’s Liability Insurance (£10 million) can be provided on request.

At our premises we also operate out of a 5 star council rated production kitchen.
